Tom Schot CEO
Tom Schot has been a competitor and tireless promoter of disc sports both in the USA and around the globe since the 70s. Tom has been inducted in the Disc Golf Hall of Fame, crowned World Champion in 1991, produced eleven World Disc Championships, and designed 7 courses including the world renowned De LaVeaga Disc Golf Course. His passion for the sport is legendary and has been featured within CBS Morning Show, Sports Illustrated, and the New York Times. The formation of World Disc Sports to is further testament to Tom´s dedication for disc sports.

Russ Jacobson President, Senior Counsel
Russ has been playing disc golf for over 20 years and is currently in his 3rd year as the President of the DeLaveaga Disc Golf Club. He was born and raised in Montana, moving to Santa Cruz in 1985 to attend UC Santa Cruz, and then law school at Santa Clara University. In addition to his employment law practice, Russ also co-owned a sports-themed restaurant in Santa Cruz, and was co-founder and President of WCDocs, Inc., a document management company in Santa Clara, CA. Like Tom, Russ has volunteered years of service in developing disc golf courses and tournaments out of sheer love of the game.

Kevin Givens aka "Skippy Jammer" Event Operations
Kevin began playing competitive disc games in 1976 and won his first Freestyle Title at the Santa Cruz Overall Team Competition in 1977. He has won fourteen major freestyle titles in his career and was a member of the 1994 Masters Ultimate National Champions U.S. Kevin serves as the Intramural and Sports Club Supervisor at UC Santa Cruz (1988 – present).

Bret Smith VP Marketing & Business Development
Bret brings over 17 years of experience within sports marketing and sales to World Disc Sports. Previously held positions include work at Squaw Valley Ski Corporation as Director of Marketing & Sales, Kirkwood Mountain Resort as Director of Marketing, S/J Marketing ad agency as VP Business Development, and Raley Field / Sacramento River Cats Baseball (Oakland A´s AAA Team) as Director of Marketing.
